CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the client to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.
Pay up front for all orders.
Product will be delivered digitally, shipping currently unavailable.
I will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.
Client has right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase.
Client has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eyecolour change) (WIP)
Must be paid in USD
Client can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for two weeks , or when work has not been completed within two months since start.
Client is advised to contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner, as this would speed up the process for both parties.
Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.
I can cancel and refund any order at any time.
Client does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.
TERMS OF SERVICE

This contract applies to me selling my work and the client being worked with purchasing said artwork. By ordering the artwork, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
I require full payment upfront, payment plans can be compromised on, but work will not begin until fully paid depending on the circumstance of commission.
I prefer those under 18 have parental permission before sending payment.
I can be paid through PayPal [F&F PREFERRED] or CashApp. Kofi also ok VIA DONATION.DEADLINES
Commissions are worked on in whatever order I see fit, and I work on what I feel I can do most successfully that day.
If there is a deadline, rush fees will be applied.
Estimates can be provided but can change anytime, due to any possible reason.REVISIONS
WIPs will be sent as necessary or when significant progress is made and/or when asked.
Heavy changes will be allowed only BEFORE the painting stage, unless there's an error on my part; if one is dead-set desired, it will be met with a fee.
Pose will not be changed once lines have been finalized, if desired, fee will be applied depending on how big of an alteration it is.
Character cannot be changed once cleaned up lines have begun, unless necessary; in which, a fee will be applied.
Any mistakes made on my part will be corrected ASAP.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
Client agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD.
It is the sole responsibility of the client to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to me.
Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received on my account is equal to the invoice amount in USD.REFUND POLICY
I cannot offer refunds once the work already started. If this is the case, the refund will ONLY cover the stages not yet finished.
(Example: Client paid for a full painting, asked for a refund at the sketch stage = will only pay up to that sketch, rest is refunded)OKAY
Upload to your own account or website with proper credit...
Print it or get it as a keychain etc without profiting.
Use the work as a profile picture, cropping as needed.DO NOT
Recolor, trace, train AI with, or create any alternate version of the work provided without my explicit permission.
Claim the work as your own..
Sell or make profit from the work in any way.
Remove my watermark.
Edit the work through another artist or by yourself.COMMUNICATIONS

I will pause work on commissions after 2 weeks of no response, as I have other commissions to work on as well.By choosing to commission me, you agree to my TOS.
